Outdoor Grill Conventional Oven Microwave Oven
Preheat grill to medium hot.

Remove thawed meat from packaging.

Place on grill over Indirect Heat for approximately 30 minutes or until hot(internal temperature 150F).

Flip Ribs several times, rotate bacon log constantly, or stir loose meat occasionally to promote even heating and avoid scorching.

Baste the last 5 minutes with sauce if desired.
Preheat oven to 350F..

Remove thawed meat from packaging.

Place on foil lined bake pan.

Bake approximately 30-45 minutes or until hot (internal temperature 150F).

Baste the last 5 minutes with sauce if desired.
Remove thawed meat from packaging.

Cut ribs individually, or Bacon Log into 10 - 12 slices.

Heat the Ribs and Bacon Log in two batches.

Place meat around the edge of a microwave safe plate.

Loosely cover and heat on high for 3 minutes, or until hot(internal temperature 150f).

Repeat for remaining meat.
